1to 1 Consultations 

Participants can fill out a typical day’s Food Diary prior to the session

The sessions will support a range of different objectives such as:

•Lose body fat, increase energy and concentration, build muscle,  increase immunity, reduce the effects of ageing and strengthen bone mass

We will cover:

•Current eating habits, lifestyle patterns, and exercise regimes
•Knowledge of what to eat, when to eat, and how much
•Knowledge about all the foods available to us, their impact on the way our body functions, and how we look and feel
•A realistic assessment of the actions Palantirians will be able to implement in the short term,  medium term and long term
